    This is a sort of inquiry than comment. Hope some readers may respond to this. Recently my daughter passed the June 6 & 7 2009 NLE for Nurses, and it is said that the registration to the Philippine Nurses Association should be done in Cebu City where she was then taking her review. As a cost conscious move (it will be additional expense going to Cebu), can she do the registration at Cagayan de Oro City instead? CDO is neared to our town of Ipil than is Cebu City. Added advantage to this is safety. Nowadays where rainfall is more frequent, it will not so safe to cross the sea. Thanks and God bless!
